Description:
The Cape Tribulation is a promontory of land jutting out into the Coral Sea. The area is home to many species of native mammals, birds and butterflies, many of which are found nowhere else. Cape Tribulation is renowned as an outstanding area of natural beauty and eco-tourism. The Kuku Yalanji aborigines, the original inhabitants of the Cape Tribulation area, identified five distinct seasons. Kambar is from late December to March rain. They lived off the abundant food supply in the rainforest - cassowary, wallaby, tree kangaroo, echidna, scrub turkey, jungle fowl, lizards, fish, snake, pigeons - also many berries, roots and nuts. If you find yourself trekking in this part of the world then the Kambar Cape Australian Jungle Hand Forged Dagger is a must. This sharp double sided steel dagger has an extra-large pommel with a rough finish for crushing skulls of small animals. The wooden stained handle is contoured for a comfortable grip and steel guard protects your hand from sliding over the blade as you strike your prey. Included is a digital woodland camo nylon sheath with a snap closure with belt loop so you can carry your knife at your side at all times. Please note that due to the carbon content of this hand forged item there may be minor rusting due to environmental elements.
